Engagement Manager - Remote

Overview

The Engagement Manager is responsible for managing customer engagement and success on the Implementation Team, overseeing multiple implementation projects for Credit Unions and ensuring successful onboarding to the Clutch Platform.

• Manage approximately 8 customer implementation projects simultaneously.
• Drive onboarding efforts by understanding customer business objectives.
• Create detailed project plans and schedules to maintain accountability.
• Generate comprehensive weekly status reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate implementation risks proactively.
• Establish rapport with customer stakeholders.
• Execute projects while collaborating with executive-level sponsors.
• Track project scope and manage change orders as necessary.
• Coach team members to improve teamwork and project outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of methodologies and templates for new products.

• Proven experience as an Engagement Manager or similar role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
