Overview

The Director of Commercial Reimbursement is responsible for leading Calyxo’s commercial health plan reimbursement strategy and execution, with accountability for payer coverage strategy, payer negotiations, and reimbursement operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in reimbursement or market access.
• Experience with commercial health plans and payer negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of claims processing and appeals.
• Prior people management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Willingness to maintain hospital credentialing requirements.
• Travel up to 40% required.
