  • 6–10 years of client-facing experience required.
  • Must communicate effectively in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% as needed.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of client-facing experience in Business Development or Consulting.
  • Intuitive communicator with persuasive skills.
  • Superb commercial intuition and exceptional judgment.
  • Reliable, motivated self-starter with a growth mentality.
  • Excellent team player and mentor.
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% as needed.
  • Fluent in German and English.
