Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This remote role supports both B2B and B2C customers across various product lines including luxury goods and smart home technologies.

In Short

  • Remote position with equipment provided.
  • Manage inbound calls and emails for product and technical support.
  • Deliver premium customer experience.
  • Assist customers with connectivity and IoT-related issues.
  • Process and validate customer orders.
  • Accurately log customer interactions.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a contact center.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable using multiple systems and adapting to new technologies.
  • Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with IoT and smart home devices.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus.
