Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at SimplyInsured, you will help eliminate the fear associated with health insurance by assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.

In Short

  • Provide service to SimplyInsured customers via chat, phone, and email.
  • Assist potential customers with navigating online insurance shopping.
  • Resolve administrative and billing questions for existing customers.
  • Document customer interactions using support ticketing software.
  • Work in a high-volume contact center environment.
  • Collaborate with the support team to improve customer experience.
  • Be available for PM shifts from 9am-5pm MST, Mon-Fri.
  • Passionate about helping customers with their health insurance needs.
  • Utilize your bilingual skills (English and Spanish) in customer interactions.
  • Contribute to a values-based culture focused on employee success.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking and writing).
  • Strong multitasking and productivity skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with support ticketing and/or CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to help businesses maximize their healthcare options.
  • Passion for customer service and helping others.
