The Customer Service Representative acts as a liaison between customers and the production departments, handling inquiries about orders and maintaining communication regarding job status.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or related experience in print processes.
• Strong skills in work planning and scheduling.
• Good judgment in color, design, and print quality.
• Must be reliable and responsible.
• Ability to adapt and handle multiple priorities.
