Requirements

• Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in automotive.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute or above.
• Strong phone presence.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
