Overview

We are seeking an experienced Staffing Recruiter with a strong background in non-exempt talent acquisition. As a Staffing Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top-quality candidates for a variety of automotive maintenance positions at Stress Free Auto Care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
• Four years of experience in recruiting, focusing on exempt and non-exempt roles.
• High-volume staffing experience is a huge plus.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and candidate assessment methods.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
