Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, you will be the face of the company, assisting customers with their needs while ensuring exceptional service and maintaining equipment.

In Short

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment, checking fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification provided).
• Drive a forklift (certification provided).
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.
• Work in a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to manage physical demands of the job.
• Willingness to use protective gear when necessary.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
