We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring smooth communication.

• Answer incoming customer service calls and emails
• Triage customer inquiries and route to appropriate support personnel
• Ask basic diagnostic questions to efficiently direct customer needs
• Manage the service email inbox
• Schedule field technician support
• Maintain the work schedule of all service technicians in Salesforce
• Assist with administrative needs of the Operations team
• Provide a sympathetic and professional first point of contact for customers

Requirements

• Fluent English with clear communication skills
• 1 year of customer service experience minimum
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
