Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Davies North America, you will be responsible for efficiently processing claimant requests and inquiries while providing administrative support to the Claims department.

In Short

  • Answer incoming calls and gather information from claimants.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external personnel.
  • Provide accurate responses to requests for information.
  • Distribute faxes and upload documents to claims systems.
  • Maintain relationships with co-workers, clients, and vendors.
  • Participate in special projects and perform related functions.
  • Provide administrative support to the Claims department.
  • Assist in daily functions and requests from Claim Directors and Examiners.
  • Support company values of dynamism, innovation, connectivity, and teamwork.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent cognitive and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic client service skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability to changes in the work environment.
