Compliance & Financial Crime Manager - Remote

Overview

The Compliance & Financial Crime Manager will be responsible for ensuring Davies meets all legislative, regulatory, and best practice requirements. Working closely with business stakeholders and management, you will design, strengthen and implement governance controls, policies, and procedures relating to regulatory compliance and financial crime.

In Short

• Lead the embedding of the Financial Crime Framework.
• Conduct group-wide Financial Crime risk assessments.
• Support financial crime prevention policies.
• Implement conduct risk assessments.
• Perform financial crime and sanctions checks.
• Support investigations into suspected financial crimes.
• Act as SME on financial crime legislation.
• Assist in implementing compliance policies.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute to compliance training content.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge in financial crime compliance.
• Relevant higher education and/or industry qualifications.
• Experience delivering global financial crime risk assessments.
• Previous experience designing regulatory frameworks (desirable).
• Ability to work within team structures in Microsoft environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience across multiple global jurisdictions.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to produce high-quality materials.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
