The Financial Crime Compliance Manager will lead Ethena’s compliance operations, focusing on investigations, sanctions reviews, and developing policies to maintain strong financial crime defenses.

• Experience in audit readiness and assurance.
• Tech-savvy with compliance tooling integration.
