The Senior HR Coordinator will serve as the central operational engine of the People team, ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle while maintaining the integrity of HR data and compliance.

• Be Ethena’s HR Oracle!
• Execute end-to-end onboarding for all new hires.
• Manage HR reviews, probation, and performance tracking.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive HR Operations Playbook.
• Own the HRIS and conduct audits for data accuracy.
• Manage day-to-day enrollment and termination of team benefit plans.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition for interview scheduling and onboarding.
• Generate quarterly reports on headcount and turnover.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a lean HR function.
• Obsessive attention to detail in a high output environment.
• High fluency in HRIS and ATS tooling.
• Track record of identifying friction in the employee lifecycle.
• Ability to translate complex policies into simple language.
• Functional literacy in employment laws.
• Experience during rapid organizational changes.
