Overview

As a Financial Associate at Ethena Labs, you will assist the Finance Manager in developing a robust Web3-native accounting environment, ensuring accurate financial activities across fiat and digital assets.

In Short

• Record purchase, sales, and treasury transactions across fiat and digital asset accounts.
• Perform reconciliations across bank accounts, custodians, exchanges, and on-chain wallets.
• Execute supplier and treasury payments, ensuring compliance with approval workflows.
• Support the integration of Web3 accounting software with general ledger systems.
• Assist in multi-entity consolidation and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare transaction schedules for VAT and tax filings.
• Enhance month-end close processes through accruals and depreciation entries.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in workflows.
• Maintain structured audit trails meeting institutional requirements.
• Utilize blockchain explorers to verify transfers.

Requirements

• Experience in a financial accounting role, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of blockchain explorers and a willingness to learn crypto sub-ledgers.
• Ability to organize working papers and maintain an audit trail.
