Senior HR Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Senior HR Coordinator will provide generalist support in an administrative capacity, working closely with key stakeholders to coordinate various HR activities and initiatives.

In Short

• Maintain and manage HRIS and ATS databases.
• Coordinate recruitment and selection activities.
• Manage employee files and HR records.
• Update company policies and procedures.
• Assist with employee engagement programs.
• Plan and execute HR events and training programs.
• Address HR queries in a timely manner.
• Assist with OH&S management and workers compensation.
• Liaise with payroll processing agency.
• Participate in global HR projects as required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in HR coordination or administration.
• Experience in a warehouse or production environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of payroll processing and OHS.
• Recruitment experience is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Understanding of HR KPIs and scorecards.
• Ability to work autonomously and maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
