In Short

• Co-create and implement 360 marketing strategy.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns communication with the trade marketing team to maximise growth and return on investment.
• Prepare campaigns KV and deliverables deck for the marketing team.
• Support the marketing team in E-commerce, Owned media management, events execution, and influencers cooperation.
• Create and manage a newsletter for the owned base together with the E-commerce manager, HQ, and digital agency.
• Analyse the market and competition to identify new opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
• Monitor customer and category performance as well as market trends and competitor activities.
• Work closely with Trade, Sales, Logistics, Merchandising, and Marketing teams.
• Manage the assigned budget.

Requirements

• Higher education.
• Fluent Polish language.
• Very good oral and written English language skills.
• Professional experience in marketing.
• Digital and E-commerce experience will be an additional advantage.
• Experience in project management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Creativity, meticulousness, self-reliance, and optimism.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Highly developed analytical skills.
• Very good command of MS Office.
• GA, GA4 and other digital analytics tool knowledge will be an additional advantage.
