Overview

The HR Budget & Planning Analyst will play a critical role within the Total Rewards team, ensuring the effective planning, tracking, and analysis of HR budgets and global workforce headcount. This role involves overseeing HR-related financial planning across more than 20 international markets and SodaStream’s headquarters.

• Maintain accurate headcount tracking and reporting across multiple regions.
• Lead the global annual HR budget planning process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR finance/workforce planning.
• Strong financial acumen with budget management experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
