Overview

The Junior Planning Analyst is responsible for ensuring efficient and timely planning of field services, ensuring the correct allocation of resources, technicians, and materials to meet the company's operational commitments.

In Short

• Enable personnel for fieldwork.
• Schedule medical exams for field personnel.
• Organize training and induction courses for field personnel.
• Manage client platforms to create worker profiles and upload documents.
• Support safety documentation for fieldwork.
• Prepare access passes for field visits.
• Input man-hours into the system.
• Prepare and control guides for billing and material transfer.
• Manage local material purchases and imports.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of equipment and instruments.
• Handle documentation for billing field services.
• Other activities inherent to the position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Knowledge of SAP B1.
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate level in English.
