Requirements

• 1+ year in technical support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL, with familiarity in ClickHouse/Postgres as a plus.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for clear communication.
• Ability to thrive in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in English to communicate complex ideas clearly.
