In Short

• Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in IT Service Management.
• Manage Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) within ServiceNow.
• Assist in data migration and configuration of ServiceNow modules.
• Contribute to asset management workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Support creation and implementation of asset management policies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and training activities.

Requirements

• AA or 2-year technical school in business discipline or similar discipline required.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Understanding of IT asset management principles.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
