Fender Musical Instruments Corporation (FMIC) is seeking an HR Coordinator. In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all HCM system updates.
• Organize and schedule HR-related events.
• Support meeting logistics.
• Assist with updating HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee onboarding & offboarding.
• Act as a backup in facilitating new hire orientation.
• Help manage internal Fender HR Inbox.
• Support local engagement efforts.
• Participate in HR projects.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of HR data.

Requirements

• Highschool diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role preferred.
• Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to effectively communicate information.
