Overview

The Senior Manager, GQO Accounting and Financial Compliance will oversee the Group’s financial compliance and internal control programs, ensuring adherence to U.S. GAAP and Stryker’s global accounting policies.

• Responsible for business process and IT controls globally.
• Provide accounting support to Divisional Finance Leaders.
• Lead compliance initiatives across GQO.
• Ensure sound internal control environment and enhance control processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10+ years relevant progressive experience required OR 7+ years Big 4 experience.
• Ability to work in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Leadership skills in financial policy and accounting.
• Knowledge of risk assessment and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Travel percentage: 20%.
