In Short

• Lead the execution and continuous improvement of HackerOne’s security and privacy compliance programs.
• Own compliance frameworks and related documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare for and lead third-party audits and assessments.
• Manage internal audit cycles and gap assessments.
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends.
• Develop and deliver training and awareness programs.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams for compliance inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of international standards and frameworks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in security, privacy, and/or compliance roles.
• Strong experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Demonstrated success in managing external audits.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
