Senior Manager, Finance & Compliance - Remote

Overview

The SEMI Foundation is seeking an experienced and mission driven Senior Manager, Finance and Compliance with excellent financial, organizational and communications skills. This position will work closely with the Foundation’s Executive Director, Program Staff, and the Grant Compliance Team.

In Short

• Develops future year budgets and performs complex financial analysis.
• Identifies budget-related problems and develops options for resolution.
• Monitors and analyzes program performance against budget.
• Provides financial management of multiple funding sources.
• Prepares recommended budgets and performs special projects.
• Develops and interprets various types of data.
• Trains and assists program managers in budget interpretation.
• Identifies opportunities for improving financial systems.
• Supports pre-award and post-award processes of grants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in financial management or related field.
• Five years of experience in grant financial & compliance management.
• Expert level skills in financial analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
