Overview

As a Contracts Manager at SEMI, you will oversee the full contract lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and compliance while partnering with various stakeholders to support the organization's growth.

• Own the full contract lifecycle from intake through execution and post-execution management.
• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Provide practical guidance on contract structure and risk to internal stakeholders.
• Implement and optimize scalable contracting operations.
• Support the evaluation and administration of a contract lifecycle management system.
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal standards.
• Act as a subject matter expert on contract best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract provisions and legal principles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Experience with contracting processes and legal operations infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with CLM platforms and related tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent work experience.
