In Short

• Lead and manage the IRAP compliance program for Smartsheet.
• Interpret and apply IRAP and other control frameworks.
• Oversee implementation of compliance controls.
• Act as primary contact with external IRAP assessors.
• Develop criteria to measure program performance.
• Identify and address issues in the compliance program.
• Manage program budgets and stakeholder issues.
• Oversee execution of IRAP-related projects.
• Establish clear expectations with stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Australian citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Technology.
• Expert-level knowledge of the Australian Signal Directorate’s Information Security Manual.
• 2+ years of experience creating IRAP authorization packages.
• Knowledge of IRAP assessment methodology.
• 2+ years of experience mapping requirements between control frameworks.
• Basic understanding of NIST SP 800-53.
• 7+ years of experience in program management.
