Overview

As an Associate Manager Business Applications, you will drive the systems (Salesforce) that power commercial success, leading a team to ensure operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Lead and develop a team of Business and Platform Analysts.
• Manage end-to-end incident response and resolve high-impact production issues.
• Execute and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Salesforce and mobile applications.
• Prioritize and execute work across incidents and enhancements.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents.
• Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Work in a regulated enterprise environment.
• Support healthcare CRM integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with Salesforce or enterprise CRM platforms.
• Experience in incident management and release cycles.
• Minimum 2 years of people management experience preferred.
• Experience in the medical-technology space preferred.
• Salesforce certification is a plus.
• Experience with CPQ, SAP, or ServiceMax integrations is a plus.
• Experience in large, matrixed environments is preferred.
