Overview

First Stop Health is seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Business Applications to own the architecture and optimization of our enterprise software ecosystem.

In Short

• Manage the architecture of the enterprise software ecosystem.
• Design and govern the DevOps lifecycle for business applications.
• Develop a long-term roadmap for business applications.
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycles.
• Perform complex system configurations and custom object creation.
• Lead and mentor a small team of analysts/admins.
• Identify and automate manual processes.
• Communicate complex technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive scalability and ensure system performance.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Business Applications or Enterprise Systems management.
• Proven track record in Salesforce architecture.
• Experience with HRIS and financial systems.
• Ability to visualize complex data relationships.
• Proactive problem solver.
• Strong communication skills.
