In Short

• Lead Salesforce projects end-to-end
• Support integrations with external systems
• Provide ongoing technical support
• Monitor system efficiency and introduce improvements
• Establish best practices and drive adoption
• Analyze business questions and identify growth opportunities
• Responsible for data integrity and meta-data maintenance
• Document processes and workflows

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce admin experience
• At least 1 year experience in a SaaS company
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce
• Experience working with outsourced developers
• Strong quantitative capabilities
• Curiosity and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
