The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of the mortgage or banking industry, coupled with solid IT knowledge to effectively manage cross-functional teams and leverage technology solutions.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficient in project management software (Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Basic IT knowledge, including familiarity with databases and software applications.
