Overview

The Marketing Execution Specialist is responsible for executing high-quality marketing campaigns while producing in-house design assets that adhere to the company’s brand guidelines. This role is execution-focused, combining campaign deployment, design production, and operational support.

In Short

• Build and send email campaigns using Mailchimp or other CRM platforms.
• Create and maintain email templates and manage campaign calendars.
• Support event marketing initiatives and repurpose content across channels.
• Create marketing assets using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Adhere strictly to brand guidelines in all design work.
• Deliver marketing campaigns and design assets reliably and on time.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven with strong organizational skills.
• Experienced with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work is required.
• Comfortable owning both marketing deployment and design production tasks.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Mailchimp or equivalent email marketing platforms.
• Experience with text-based marketing platforms is a plus.
• Strong skills in Canva; Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CRMs for campaign execution and automation workflows.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to create clean, professional marketing assets.
