Overview

The SMB Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring successful contract renewals and expansions in a remote role.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Customer Success Management
• Experience with renewal contracts and upselling
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented and proactive
• Willingness to travel to customer sites
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
