Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for helping businesses use software effectively.
  • Experience with customer lifecycle engagement.
  • Ability to follow defined outreach processes.
  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ability to analyze customer feedback and needs.
  • Experience with CRM tools is beneficial.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to company culture.
  • Optional: Familiarity with password managers.
