Overview

The SMB Customer Success Manager will be a vital member of Newsela’s Customer Success organization, working directly with schools and districts to ensure their success and continued adoption of the platform.

In Short

  • Work with schools and districts to ensure success and adoption of Newsela's platform.
  • Monitor client life cycle and impact teachers and students.
  • Ensure clients engage with Newsela’s solutions and renew their investment.
  • Leverage data and customer insights to drive product adoption and renewal.
  • Manage customers through the Newsela Customer Journey.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing a portfolio of accounts.
  • Proactive client communication and data-driven growth identification.
  • Experience in client success planning and active listening.
  • History of meeting and exceeding company OKRs.
  • Background in education and experience with Gainsight and Salesforce is a plus.
