Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Recruiting Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition efforts, responsible for building a high-performing recruiting team and managing senior-level hiring in the EdTech space.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• 2-3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Experience in SaaS environments.
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to articulate vision.
• Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Understanding of GTM functions and metrics for success.
• Adaptable and resilient in managing stress and change.
