Requirements

• Experience in a GTM recruiting function at a tech start-up.
• Hands-on experience with hiring metrics and data analysis.
• Proven innovator with experience in driving new initiatives.
• Strong track record of meeting company scaling needs.

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience managing remote or geographically distributed teams is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
