Overview

As the Manager, Talent Acquisition at Slingshot, you will lead the critical function of building the team that develops space technology. This role involves managing end-to-end recruiting and guiding hiring strategies to support rapid growth and government program delivery.

• Create and optimize the recruiting playbook.
• Use data to track hiring goals and identify bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 3+ years leading high-performing recruiting teams.
• 5+ years of corporate Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience with staffing cleared roles for federal programs.
• Strong understanding of proactive sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in building scalable recruiting processes.
