Overview

The Senior Product Designer is a strategic individual contributor responsible for shaping end-to-end user experiences across Slingshot’s portfolio. This role blends product thinking, systems design, and deep user empathy to craft elegant solutions for complex domains like aerospace data, AI decision tools, and 3D operational environments.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional product design experience.
• Track record of delivering user-centered solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in a design-related field or equivalent experience.
• Active U.S. Government Security Clearance preferred.
• Fluency with design tools (Figma, Lucid Charts, Adobe CC).
• Experience with systems design and information-dense products.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills.
• Adept at communicating trade-offs and influencing decisions.
• Ability to create frameworks and tools for design quality.
• Comfortable leading design critiques and mentoring peers.
