Senior Product Designer - Remote

In this role, you will shape and elevate digital experiences across multiple platforms, creating intuitive and impactful design solutions that address real business and user challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver elegant, functional, and scalable design systems while driving innovation in product development. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will take ownership of the entire design cycle—from research and ideation to testing and delivery. In Short

• Conduct deep analysis of customer needs and business challenges to identify pain points.
• Develop and deliver impactful, user-centered design solutions.
• Think strategically about the product at both high-level and detailed levels.
• Present and explain design decisions effectively to stakeholders.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment throughout the design process.
• Take full ownership of design work from ideation to final release.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers.
• Work across multiple platforms, including employee portals, employer portals, and admin dashboards.
• Build, maintain, and update components within the Design System.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Experience with design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
• Understanding of user research methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes.
