Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in product design.
• Experience with consumer-facing or marketplace environments.
• Skilled in designing for user value and business outcomes.
• Comfortable with end-to-end design work.
• Familiarity with design systems and design tokens.
• Data-informed and curious about design impact.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Collaborative and cross-functional mindset.
• Obsessed with craft, accessibility, and usability.
• Self-starter who works autonomously.
