Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in design solutions.
• 2+ years in an in-house product team.
• Experience with user-centered design methodologies.
• Ability to balance conceptual thinking with user needs.
• Experience in creating high fidelity designs.
• Experience owning the design process from concept to launch.
• Ability to respond to stakeholder feedback.
