Overview

As a Senior Product Designer at MagicSchool, you’ll help shape both what we build and how it works, influencing strategy and roadmap decisions while leading end-to-end design execution.

In Short

• Own the end-to-end design process within your squad.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design roles.
• A well-rounded portfolio showcasing results-driven solutions.
• Experience leading design on large, cross-functional projects.
• A proactive, resourceful approach with a strong ownership mindset.
• Experience with design systems, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Comfort using qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design rationale.
• Experience with prototyping tools like Figma.
• Experience working with a SaaS product.
