The Talent Acquisition Manager will join Rock-West's international team to support the company's growth by recruiting and facilitating the hiring of qualified candidates.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role.
• Successful track record in closing vacancies in the FINTECH industry.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding.
• Knowledge of local labour regulations.
• Proficient in social media and job boards.
• Working knowledge of ATS and HRIS.
• Strong command of English and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Well-organized and able to work independently.
