Overview

As Passport’s SMB Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and owning the customer experience of our fast-growing small and mid-market customers.

In Short

  • Monitor the health of hundreds of SMB brands.
  • Drive customer success with Passport.
  • Improve customer experience through a 1-to-many success model.
  • Drive internal initiatives to improve processes.
  • Provide meaningful large-scale interactions for customers.
  • Conduct customer research and data analysis.
  • Help SMBs navigate international shipping.
  • Define the customer lifecycle for SMB brands.
  • Grow SMB revenue and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, CX, Product, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms.
  • Understanding of international shipping processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success.
  • Experience with SMBs is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Full-time availability.
