Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Similarweb, you will help retain and expand relationships with existing customers of our Market Intelligence solution, ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities to meet customer needs.
  • Results-oriented mindset focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Analytical skills to track customer metrics.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
  • Team player with collaboration skills.
  • Experience in SaaS and understanding of digital marketing is a plus.
