Overview

As a Customer Support Representative at SimplyInsured, you will play a crucial role in assisting small business owners with their health insurance needs, helping to eliminate the fear associated with health insurance.

In Short

  • Provide support via chat, phone, and email for SimplyInsured customers.
  • Assist customers in navigating the online insurance shopping experience.
  • Resolve administrative and billing questions for existing customers.
  • Document customer interactions using support ticketing software.
  • Contribute to improving customer experience by proposing solutions.
  • Work in a high-volume contact center environment.
  • Must be available to work 8:30am - 5pm CST, Monday to Friday.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Strong desire to help small businesses navigate health insurance.
  • Enjoy working in a start-up environment.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales role.
  • Highly productive with good multitasking skills.
  • Passion for helping people, especially regarding health.
  • Able to work in a high-volume contact center environment.
  • Familiarity with support ticketing and/or CRM software.
  • Fantastic oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong desire to assist small businesses with health insurance questions.
