This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls related to re-enrollment and reverification in the health insurance sector, documenting coverage details, and updating case notes.

In Short

• Handles 25–50 inbound calls/day related to re-enrollment and reverification
• Outbound calls to providers/payers to verify benefits and gather missing intake information
• Documents coverage details in Summary of Benefits
• Updates case notes in Lynk system
• Mix of patient and provider calls

Requirements

• Technical Proficiency – Microsoft Office required
• High-Volume Experience – Prior experience with heavy call loads
• Must have medical terminology knowledge and understanding of insurance
• Call Center experience and strong Customer Service skills
