  • Handles 25–50 inbound calls/day related to re-enrollment and reverification
  • Outbound calls to providers/payers to verify benefits and gather missing intake information
  • Documents coverage details in Summary of Benefits
  • Updates case notes in Lynk system
  • Mix of patient and provider calls

Requirements

  • Attention to Detail – High accuracy in all tasks
  • Adaptability – Comfortable with change
  • Patient-Centric Mindset – Professional and empathetic communication
  • Technical Proficiency – Microsoft Office required
  • High-Volume Experience – Prior experience with heavy call loads
  • Must have medical terminology knowledge and understanding of insurance
  • Call Center experience and strong Customer Service skills
