In Short

  • Full-time remote position
  • Starting pay of $23 – $25 per hour
  • Additional $1/hour for bilingual fluency (English/Spanish)
  • $1,000 hiring bonus for candidates with an active Property & Casualty License
  • Comprehensive 17-week training provided remotely
  • Assist members with insurance policy inquiries
  • Engage with members using strong communication skills
  • Work-from-home requirements include a dedicated workspace and internet connectivity
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Flexible schedule including possible shift adjustments

Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Spanish fluency is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real-time
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must reside within 80 miles of Coppell, TX
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a remote setting
  • Availability during standard business hours
  • A flexible, “can-do” mindset
