Bilingual (English/Spanish) Remote Customer Support Representative

Overview

As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative at SimplyInsured, you will help eliminate fear in health insurance by providing excellent service to our customers.

In Short

• Assist customers with navigating online insurance shopping and obtaining quotes.
• Resolve basic administrative and billing questions for existing customers.
• Utilize multiple communication channels including phone, chat, and email.
• Document customer interactions using support ticketing software.
• Work in a high-volume contact center environment.
• Propose process and product solutions to improve customer experience.
• Available to work a PM shift from 9am-5pm Mountain Standard Time, Mon-Fri.
• Be a trusted representative of the SimplyInsured brand.
• Contribute to a high-performing support team.
• Help eliminate fear from health insurance for customers.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking and writing).
• Good multitasking skills and high productivity.
• Passion for helping people with their health.
• Able to work in a high-volume contact center environment.
• Familiarity with support ticketing and CRM software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong desire to help businesses maximize their healthcare.
